Brisket turned out great. Was a 20lb brisket before trimming. Smoke took a bit longer than I wanted (18 hours) gave it a 2 hour rest in the cooler was still super hot after the 2 hour rest. Did some smoked baked potato as well to go along with it. Everyone loved it!


Looks good but I wanna see what the inside looked like.

I should have taken a picture there as well too my bad. Once it was cut up we started eating. I still got some in the fridge but I dont think that would do it justice so I won't bother posting a Pic of that.

What should I smoke this weekend GC? Im thinking maybe pork butt for pulled pork. Or maybe keep it simple and do burgers? Lets hear your thoughts.
