PVP eth titans before you find real eth gg rare matriarchal javelins
PVM always non eth titans or even better, thunderstroke. You can't get away with not repairing in some acts and P8 cows. Eth titans offer 50% more leech. If you have 6% mana leech on you, eth titans makes it 9%, not a world of difference but can't be repaired on demand.
