necro is probably easier to learn but harder to master
safe choice but don't get lazy spamming spirits hoping to hit something, try to actually learn how to get aggressive and when. you'll get rekt alot at first but that's how you get good eventually
I'd say wind druid is even easier for a noob and has good matchups against many things as well and a lot tankier than necro, so more mistakes can be made without too much of a punishment, but necro is even harder to master. The skill ceiling on both is pretty high though.
