What price are you looking to pay? I’m confused what your issue is. Rolling 775 is a 1 in 26 proposition. Even if the runes were 200 for the full set, the odds are still against you being able to roll at 775 before spending 2k. People are allowed to ask whatever they want for items. You can choose to not pay that and try to find another seller who might be cheaper, but that’s just the way things go. It’s a fluid market, not a fixed price.

Dusk shroud requires 77 str to use. He needs one that he can use without putting points into str.

I'm currently holding an 775mp nigma made by my brother at first roll. Just because the odds are against us, doesn't mean we have to pay 2k for a nigma that costed 200.

That still doesn’t answer the original question of how much you expect to pay. You can roll a 775 first try, but you also might take 40 rolls to get there. If you just want style points, then why worry about the 775. You can just buy a low rolled one for cheap and be done with it. You want a perfect roll at an imperfect price. I bet you could trade the mp straight up for it, or even for a profit, but it seems like you’re more interested in complaining

I would think 600 is fair. I could be wrong, and am willing to pay more, but I know for a fact that these guys with breast plate bases didn't spent that much on these lol

Yea necro only starts with 15 str so he still needs a lot of str from anni/torch/jewelry/boots etc. if he wanted to wear a dusk shroud or mage plate even
