leveling to 99 since you can carry an Exp shrine if you find ?

Should i go full act 2 terror zones or only tombs and then NG ?

I did multiple acts and tombs, the race to 99 is already over. Enjoy your leveling. You can still lose xp shrine in tombs because of cursed monsters

Multiple acts you focus only on elites ?
