Damage Transfer stat capped at 50%.


is that hard point (base point) only or after +skill also works?

hard points, they honestly ruined lot of stuff, lock was never that strong, just people complaining since it's new. They over nerfed lot of things, lock end game was like B tier outside of echoing. They basically nerfed builds that were never that strong (magic/bloodboil/summoner(goatman).

such a waste of skill point, I just check d2planner you cant even get to 50% via hard points at lvl 20 you'll cap at 43%.

So you get 50% now after 20 hard points or still 43%?

its too tedious to test so no one knows for sure not even the dev... it was never "capped" anyways

3.0 patch pre hotfix you could 1 pt it and get 60% dr with enough +skills
the dr% cap was on hard points which ruined the whole point of having +skill gear

Yea boil blood isn't OP. Does several thousand damage with what I have. You have to spam it like crazy to kill stuff in p8. The radius isn't noticeable unless you're in p1.

It's amazing for hardcore where you can tele your demon around. Sometimes I just let the demon kill and don't blood boil because I'm too lazy to spam it.

At least they didn't mess with Cleave. I'll be on that next.

its probably unchanged. they made 0 changes to that skill in the softcode files, which would be the right way to fix it. even if they did change it in hardcode, it will still display wrongly (ie being uncapped).

its pretty unclear at this point, so I guess its soft point also works here because 20 points will cap you at 43%. I'll just pump it to 49% after bo with all + skill item. haven't really notice any difference via game play vs maxing it with hard point.
