Given the common lvl of fanaticism found or rolled on bound demons along with andys helm 20 ias,: is a Giant thresher or Thresher really hitting faster to the extent that a CV Pride on an act 2 Mercenary would be landing meaningfully less dps than a thresher?

Does it even matter? Pride doesn’t have enough base enhanced damage to really rely on. It has no crushing blow, its sole purpose is to pump the damage you deal.

Well with Might fanaticism and concentration he is going to be doing alot of damage, The weapon damage is all multiplied by those factors, his damage has 10 life leach to keep him alive and keep him providing me with two of those auras so that why I think it matters, The price of a 15ed gt vs a 15 ed CV is massive difference so it clearly matters alot to many people, I want to know if its meaningful enough to matter to me which base to use 15edethcv vs 0 ed thresher however Im not sure what ias calculator to trust or what lvl fanatism bound demons have

Thanks, the reason i want ed damage on the base, I believe all that weapon damage including the ed as its enhanced damage to the weapon from the weapon so all the extra damage still is multiplied by all the multiple auras making an ED Base espescially important for pride if I'm right (which might out weigh having a none ed thresher, (theory :What if the the Runeword prides case the CV could have better damage specifically when solo mfing) 8.3333 times 156<15%edCV's mean dmg is 1300 while 10x114.5<the mean of non ed threshers damage is 1145(less damage per second) seems considerably less damage at same 20ias comparison ias20 anyways did i do my math right

Looks to me like eth CV 15ed does considerably more dmg in a pride rune word Merc with a fort and andys no sockets (20 total Ias) VS a non ED eth thresher, please Let me know if you think otherwise I want to know how and if this is wrong before I proceed to buy an ethCV 15 ed
