I'd go a step beyond and ban large news media outlets. Less large news outlets = less depressed people and less wars.

In reality though it's mostly the botting that needs to be banned. For example on reddit you see a bunch of propaganda that gets "upvoted" when in reality this propaganda would not be able to survive if it wasn't for the bots because a majority does not agree with it.
