Hey there!

I've been finding it rather difficult to find a table of ias breakpoints for act 5 twohanded (with dreadfang).

One thing that confuses me about it is also what the percentage of strikes he does that is a "bash" will be, so to what degree one should calculate with the bash versus the normal attack for relevant IAS bp.

There's also this issue of with/without CBF, i'm not sure how being slowed is calculated, whether it is like 50% modifier and how much ias it would take to offset/whether it can be fully offset with ias.

Has anyone been through that theory with the act5 twohanded merc and know the outcome?

I tried googling a fair bit, if im missing something obvious i do apologize!

I honestly don't know, and when i read about the IAS bp's forexample on that .io site, there are people saying it is outdated/not correct for the "new" act5 merc, but i dont even know when he was changed/whether this is "new"

Check on maxroll d2 planner and go with what they have there. Good starting point anyway.

First of all, is right, the IAS breakpoints are exactly the same for atk|bash|stun, so you don't have to worry about that at all.
However, it's worth noting that though the breakpoints are the same, he attacks 2 times on regular atk, so the APS is actually doubled in that case.

For the record, the action probability is as follows, no matter the merc's level:
bash: 35%
stun: 35%
atk: 23%
BC: 7%

Regarding your question about CBF, here is how the breakpoints differ (left-normal | right-chilled), to give you an idea:

"FPA" stands for "frames per action", and the game processes 25 frames per second internally.

Any chance you could point me in the direction if where to find this info for other mercs? Couldn't locate it on my own.
