I am actually making a summoning necro build lol, I haven't made one in like 10+ years.

Probably Ettin Axe for Necro. Though the resell value is not as good as BA

I think you can make it in a double axe for the low str req.

anything with low req then so you can make use of the str on beast

Ettin Axe or war spike is fine for necro, but berserker axe if you care about having resale value in the future.

if you want to min max it depends a bit on your helm and armor, but ultimately it doesn't matter much. a shitty cv performs about as well as a great gt

Really? I thought CV has 20% less ias compared to a GT?
