Do these drop as plain latent charms and you ID to reveal the element?

Haven't seen one yet but i assume it works same way old sunder charms

it dropps -> u ident -> its 1 random element -70-100 -> u cube -> same element with -70 and the other stats.

latent will have max penalty until you renew it and it gets random penalty as before plus a bunch of other extra mods now

-res penalty is always -70 now after reroll, the random roll was only for short time before the start of ladder.
