Is ED completely bugged on helms? Or is it only when there’s added dmg/min/max

My question is, if I have a 2lock/20fcr/2os magic circlet, if I put a 40ed jewel then protectors stone, is all the ed then work? Or is that a waste of two jewels?
I read somewhere that if u put in ed jewel first then ed still applies.

Also, what would be ur suggestions for jewels? Maybe protectors stone and um? Knowing Ed is bugged but could get -10 phys from it?

Also if there’s a forum on this already can someone link? I don’t see a search option in this part of the forum thanks in advance!

from what i've seen for d2r, it still applies.

So ed will apply as long as i put an ed only jewel in first correct? I see the example for case #2 but just wanted further verification

There are 2 possible outcomes in your case, assuming ED is the only mod on the jewel:
- jewel,stone : ED on jewel working & ED on stone ignored
- stone,jewel : ED on both jewel & stone ignored

ancient jewel gets bugged for sure if you put it in non weapon. very simple
