Anya portal can work but these are extremely rare Jeweler's ancient armor of the whale is your best bet but i wouldn't waste hundred of hours doing anya runs and never finding one

when i were not legit, like years ago, i had one bot for shopping anya.
it had so rarely any good items bought that if you would do it manually it would take thousand(s) runs to get good claw (for example) manually.

it just isnt worth the effort.

when LoD were released it took like 1-2 hours to buy 2/3 claws and 100/4os armors. it were doable manually.

they also nerfed it with the portal delay. (waypoint has no delay)

when shopping one should have high enough stats for normal stuff but not enough stats for elite stuff. this way everthing that is not red in the shop can be skipped.
