what is best? It depends what you prefer I think.
for me eth insight cv or ca. high damage, critical strike and meditation aura. It also have fcr. so nice.
eth ariocs needle is supposed to be the best because of skills and deadly strike but you need mana and life leeche from somewhere.
eth doom thunder maul have the second highest damage and holy freeze. but again life and mana leeche got to come from somewhere.
eth thunder maul botd. where good damage. life and mana leeche.. very good.
eth tm fortitude. I dont really like it to be honest. but it has good damage, fcr, all res, life.. etc..
For me right now eth insight cv. if eth weapons are nerfed so it looses durability.. then probably eth tm botd since it is indestructible and has dual leeche.
