yes blizzard thinks ww is too stronk so they nerfed its damage to make it useless, however if you have crushing blow and lands a lot of hits its still good due to the on hit crushing blow procs.

The problem is that blizzard dictates the skills of their games and nerfs them instead of make harder content. They instead nerf the players so they do not have to put in effort to make new content.

People really became addicted to power creep.
Believing that all builds should be able to solo P8 with high clear speed, is one of the best ways to encourage balance flaws.

Probably some euro-only term tbh. would love to know they call bumpers "gaters" over there and smiters "smiths" (which is baffling).
