He had his "allow" loot on but left before I could empty my inventory to get his gear.
Now he isnt responding to me, but I have the jewel he wanted and he already paid me..

aw, it should stay after they leave. my biggest windfall in hardcore was on my first playthru. a pvper died who specifically only allowed me (a spectator) to loot. that was cool
