1st time going to try later. I've got a geared smiter or ES warlock. Any concerns on either build or should I be fine?

Gonna take a wild guess that your smiter has better resists than the ES warlock. I found my smiter with Dracs did much easier job. Added bonus that I could more easily target which one to kill last. With the Warlock while I could try to focus on one, it happens that another is still in the path of attack.

When using Warlock, consider not to summon defilers to avoid undesired AoE

Problem with es warlock is the fight lasts only 5-10 secs, and difficult to kill the one you want last because they all drop too fast.

50dr smiter with max resist and raven frost + gores + cb gloves + exile handles uber ancients no problem. Also with smiter you control which ancient drops the jewel if you’re targeting a specific one.

ES currently, before nerf, is way way easier than a smiter. I use budget eth insight CA and spirit monarch - the ancients melts easy, and my demon keeps em busy and centered.

When nerf hits, you're better off with smiter.
