chance of hit is not low at 77%, its acceptable.

If you like more ar to deal with being lower lvl, you can get a lot more from gc ar charms.

I am telling you again, the chance is at 77% only because you are using a level 99 character. That chance is much lower at lvl 75 with the exactly the same gear.

I also think ES might still be good since the damage itself looks fine on paper but like in DevilPKs Video you can see he often misses the target. So maybe Fana Aura is a must now? But this also means you need either fana from your merc or from your demon (meaning you need like min 15 hard points to get a decent demon?)

Fanatism is for classes that lack attack speed, lock doesn’t even use that

The % ed is really low for party members, and the attack rating isn’t anything special either.

Fana minion and demon limb charges could work but given how fragile the new bondage demons are you are better off with 2 x defilers for the makeshift AoE and meatshields which only cost mana. Raven or stick a 100ar gc or two into the inventory.
I also think arioc +4 and hex bane are the way to go forward.

its pretty obvious the character needs a nerf. but they dont need to kill it. if its gonna lose durability, it should be IAS. if it needs AR is shouldnt need fcr. and it should proc, and work with DS and all that.
