i suggest u list full spec these items: enigma, forti, eth andy, bk ring ll%, war trav mf%, storch&ptortch stats, pally spirit stats, and insight stats. if u don't list buyer will consider random items n will offer low price.

also gather them together and put them on top of the list. these items are most potential fast selling and buyer will get profit from these items. 70% of all other items will be sit in account or public dumping.

so ppl know if it's made from superior or just normal base, with the def roll n total def. also bring all the items i suggest n put it on top of the list.
