Well then your translator needs to stop being so verbose! That works in academic papers but not here, it's disrespectful of people's time to add so much fluff. The reason why trading is a good example is that it does have a convergence goal/outcome parameter, but people still tend to specialize.
Perhaps your trigger went off before you got through a sentence? I also think you might be reading the wrong research, if you think verbosity is effective. Researchers generally have terrible reading attention spans and get annoyed extremely quickly filler text.
