Dropped in S13 - Could you guys rate it for me?

I mean it's definitely very very nice but the standards for trophy in jsp are kinda high, so you might get some hate. Mana probably not the best roll for WL, everything else is the nicest you could roll.

However taking into consideration how many WL circlets are out there that are that nice with 2OS id rate this at 8.7/10

Not very good aside from being 2/20 2os
