FoH is more specific. Its better and safer than Hammer in cs. Thats all you need to know. Also much more fun to play (which isnt hard since hammers are the worst in terms of fun).

Without enigma, both can be killed by a surprise de seis spawn Hammers insta stun if you know how to aim with them, that's that. FoH is more fun in pits.

coa is def overkill for pvm, hc or not. hellwardens does more dmg, but the life and dr from shako is tits
an hdin should be using atleast 1 sling ring... some people run 2.

FoH is one of safest build in game. Great range, max block, sanctuary aura for de seis. But it can only farm a few areas.
