Considering the patch, which jewel should be most valuable?

Light and magic one after the ptr. Fire one is the worst because you could get poison one instead.

Considering most or all melee class except warlock only always use runewword weapon. And the physical jewel bug, it got gutted tgt with the warlock nerf.
