i think they both have their place for what you want to do. as a kid i didnt really get to play with either but the lego builds always seemed so cool to me. i work with some younger guys now who still love to build the lego stuff like the death star and what not. Ill have to wait until my daughter gets a little older to see what she prefers before i start buying stuff now haha.

Yeah that seems to be the universial parent struggle. I buy my daughter way more than i ever had ever. and she would rather play with the dogs water bowl and my phone charger. im like WTF i woulda killed to have this shit as a kid.

i just got her a big turtle sandbox that i got to put together so im hoping she will play with that. i took her to the park the other day where they had sand pits and she spent like and hour throwing sand around. Im really trying to find shit she will play with lol

My kids have rooms full of toys, it's ridiculous. I've donated quite a bit to local stuff but we are constantly just finding more and more shit lol

Her grandparents are the biggest offenders of getting her new toys she dont need haha. im expecting a package in the next day or two her grandpa bought her a rideable remote control car. which im kinda excited to play with cause i can just put her little ass in it and mob around the yard. just not excited to put it together. idk who is incharge of kids toys, but making them take forever to put together with like 40 different parts is getting on my nerves.

Hahaha yeah we replaced our trampoline this year and I was like oh, right, we assemble this. Bummer

Yeah, i started putting together the sand box and its not that its overly complicated. but the plastic parts warped the way the pack them for shipping and makes them super tough to line up. but i will prevail i always do my little stinker gets everything!
