how much for power level?

first time playing d4

First you have to do the campain... this is time consuming and just do it in normal.
Once it is done, to go faster someone has to help you with the capstone dungeons, then the regular powerleveling.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you have to do the campain at least once...

You only have to do the campaign up to the point where you complete the prologe
