Not bugged item, but bugged client. My highest hr drop in lifetime is vex. Never crafted any above average runewords, Or unique rolls.
Sadly, this is what most d2r dad gamer say. Played for 25 years (in reality this means less than 500 hours total in that time frame) and they've never owned an enigma ans they've never even attempted Ubers or dclone.
