If I bind a demon, say Hephasto, at skill level 20 Binded Demon; if I then add 10 skill points from "plus demon skills" items such as: plus demon skills gear and plus demon skills grand charms; for +10 demon skills to Bind Demon skill for a total skill level of level 30 Binded Demon skill - since the binded demon had already been bound, does he now get the extra 10 skill points worth of buffs?

As a second question, if I have a level 20 binded demon, such as Hephasto, that I binded in one game, and then afterwards join another game. If I then in the second game, add 10 "plus demon skills" items: plus demon skills gear and plus demon skill grand charms; for level 30 binded demon - does the already binded demon Hephasto, that was bound at level 20 binded demon skill in the previous game, does that binded demon now get the buff from the extra 10 skill points added?

it gets whatever level you have when you enter the game, same as iron golem
