But you are too preoccupied with your political ideology and being brought up every single day in school, with maybe a particular media outlet or two that feed you with a certain train of thoughts.

You became emotional to a sense whereby your judgment is completely clouded. Which is natural because that is a coping mechanism.

Doubling up with the fact that you probably don't know much about the world i.e why Russians invaded Ukraine, why Israel and Gaza and Iran are always on loggerheads, why USA have staunch allies in Mid East who forces their women to wear Burqa and yet you are voicing out about Iran's oppression of women and freedom...

I mean I can go on...but let's just start with this. Furthermore due to your pride and nationalism (Which is not exactly wrong to be honest, every nation, creed, race and religion have that) that you think you are untouchable and for the past 15 to 20 years you experience intense change in the economy, technology, rising powers..
You just couldn't cope anymore, you can't just go to a slight poorer country and strut around like you used to.

Well....there needs to be a way to cope with such huge changes and you just reacted the way it should be. Obviously there are people in the country that sees through all this and doesn't react the way you do.

It's just coping, maybe go to Church and discuss this with your reverend , pastor or priest...it helps alot.
