142 FCR is 17 FCR too much.

Supposing your crafted neck is 2/20
Get either a 2/10 rare necklace or a crafted that doesnt have the extra +10 FCR and instead another useful stat, life dex @ MF, whatever it is
Anyways, if you are so high on FCR it is wasted stat to me.

HoZ setup reaches 130 FCR IIRC, still bothers me a bit but at least it's only 5 extra FCR.
You could also replace Arachs by a low FCR roll Gheeds Wager in your build.

Imma fix the FHR issue with Black Cleft and the extra FCR come from the neck but I have a 2/17 with energy+mana, Regen to mana % and all res (pretty solid neck)

Im EU I always called it Arach and everyone does call it Arach in EU.
