Premelted queso or pre shred is not where it's at.

Nachos should be made like lasagna.

It's similar to those loaded cheesy fries, where there's just one good chunk to eat but the rest is soggy fry from the cheese oils that didn't get melted properly

plus it's visually more appealing, a big wide plate of nachos vs a mountain of nachos.

burger is a little tricky because of bun to patty ratio.

But I'd be okay with one big paddy cut into fourths, making full size sliders. I feel fat.

Honestly I like wider plates of nachos more because I always look at them as a shareable.

I didn't think about the bun size but that's a good point.
