IAS depents you werewolf level and weapon base speed.

Depents do you need Life Tap ? Usually hardcore players take safety over killing speed.

Imo String of Ears is overall better belt than Thundergoods

Raven is bis ring, another can be any melee ring or Dwarf Star example, or second Raven Frost.
