What is best weapon/shield for warlocks now?

I was using obsession staff with phoenix monarch. I liked my setup with 125 FCR and want to continue staying at it. WILL PAY 200 FG FOR VALUABLE SERIOUS INPUT!!

Insight + Mephistos shield is going to be most likely the best with the need of AR going forward in my opinion.

did i understand correctly that if the weapon is a staff it wont loose durability and can be combined with Spirit monarch ?

2 handed weapons, like staves, can only be wielded one handed with books.

but staves wont loose durability or i read wrong ?

All weapons that aren't indestructible will lose durability from ES going forward.
