i think hes saying the ptr should have been done first before the character was even released so they didnt trial and error through us the players and learn stuff like

- the demon hork glitch
- eth items not losing durability
- warlock being close to immortal with a bind demon

As if those things were mistakes*lol When a class i new, they leave such "errors" in to draw people in and hype it up a little. This always works.

Its good to bring it back to normal after some time went by tho. I would do it like that as well.

I see this parroted constantly, but what kind of great ape buys a DLC because they think something is going to be 'overpowered'? Is this just one of those instances where enough people screech the same line that they think it's true? Just because modern Blizz sucks at game design and balance doesn't necessarily mean that the motive is profit. Because does this actually encourage people to buy expansions/DLCs in the end? People buy new shit anyway because MUST CONSUME NEW PRODUCT. Maybe I'm too old and not enough of a mindless Gacha gamer to understand.

So many people cry when op-ness is countered. Those are these people.
