15-20 in demonic mastery
need for attack rating - so more points in levitation mastery likely (would not be surprised if there would be bugs with ignore target defense, attack rating calculation or similar)
for HC echo strike it will be even more difficult to distribute damage vs defense
you get ar from hex and es
