It appears that the "lootfilters" of most active bo...players, does no include the hand of broc unique.

I really need one on softcore classic - hit me up if you have one and just didnt post it,

Hey, they're really "hardcore" in their imagination! It's really hardcore to have 4-5x your character's base life at all times.

Sure they are

I'm also sure they consider slacklining a foot above the park lawn as hardcore as a tightrope between skyscrapers
