warlock can no longer equip 2h weapon unless they are using a warlock book as a shield.

What do you guys think the new echoing weapon will be? Still a 2h and they use only ars dul'mephistos, or you think there will be a high dmg 1h they can rock with pheonix/normal shield? I am trying to rack my brain about high dmg 1 handers, i keep coming back to grief but idk if that even works on warlock.

What do yall think?

my gut says eth arioc zod and 100% ds builds as we cant rely on constant curse anymore

If I did play Warlock again.. I would go with an Insight in an Archon Staff base with the book

Let the smart guys figure out what’s BiS then go from there Might take a couple weeks of testing

Edit: No longer need to farm T5 P8 Heralds… so it’ll be quite the shift in priorities

but bis is Archon Staff is it always was

archon staff; the higher min damage will be even more important now

CV is great because it’ll be dirt cheap, easy to get, and has 4x Sockets max

Archon Staff will be over priced a bit at start.. has a high minimum damage. Might need to wait a little for the market to cool off

Really depends how hard the nerf to Warlock is. Might send everyone back to Sorc/Hammerdin

It looks like over a 50% damage nerf just to the mechanics of it if I am understanding it correctly.

Why Eth Zod though? Wouldn’t non eth with protector stone be better since you can socket the jewel without having it bug?
