Tbh it makes the horazon set look a lot better lol

1. It's PTR so none of those are confirmed, they need to be playtested for over a month
2. It's a big nerf on paper. But Warlock was overkilling everything by a lot, mostly using Mephisto's, and I've never swapped off EBOTD personally, so only numbers changed there
It's completely possible you end up basically not feeling the changes at all. I think we most likely will, though, but it won't be nearly as bad as people are making it out to be
