A more rational response from Blizz would be to reduce the effects of cursed, rather than the application rate.

E.g; 75% -> 50% Application rate. Amp phys dmg received 100% -> 25%

Making it still worthwhile to farm, but not so crazy that you insta wipe everything on the map.

So Echoing strike build will get nerfed but how about Chaos build? someone enlightens me, especially pvp talking

It takes forever to farm a decent hephasto and lots of people bind Lester the tormentor or dudes from Uber runs. But having to find a decent demon every time you start a game would not be fun whatsoever. And warlocks are squishy as hell without a decent demon. Its a bad idea. Period.

And pvp community can just balance itself out with putting rules. So it's okay.
