Just found this, wondering if its worth anything or for keeping etc. i think the skill rolls are OK but sucks its only NM version

Not much prob for personal use, since most people use greater talons or runic talons for the ias and low req. Also superior bases will lead to higher repairs if you are okay with that, so not preferable

can you even make mosaic right now in nl? they never release any patch note to this date on row lol.

Yes, it works on non-ladder.
