how long does it take, after all debts are payed pack to get unlocked again?

may i have minimum maximum range here?

i mean, there must be a difference between,if i prepare a scam to get alot of value in a short time to earn as much fg as possible
or
troll scam, get locked.

example fen0. he prepared this good and made alot fg in quick time.

if i only scam for 5fg and for whatever reason i dont want to pay it. i should be unlocked first, right?

Pretty sure it solely depends on the individual case, scams, and the behavior & efforts put forth moving forward.

A scam is a scam, doesn't matter how little value or how little malicious intent was involved.
