I am off and on with being kind to myself. I am not someone who says that a sinking ship can't help others. A sinking ship is full of supplies and once under water it is the perfect home for lots of aquatic life. Keep trying. Keep stumbling. Bleed if you have to. But, trying is of value in bleak moments in time. But, I am just yapping. You do not have to do anything. If that is what you choose. I just know that even someone who hates themselves can do, at the very least, a bit of good for others. Again, no worries if you opt out of helping others. Just keep exploring.

True. We do lightly dust with a damp cloth the larger leaves when the need arises. But, not too damp. Foxes must have a whole other approach.
