Same damage penalty as everyone else... But it's not enough and they can 1-2 shot anyone. You can potentially survive 3 if you have barb Bo and oak sage.

So they should buff warlock it seems

Plenty of pvp going on. Pubs are fine warlocks usually just fight other warlocks. Got the usual bmers but GM pvp is really fun still. RvC pretty popular and DFC just had their 200th event. New ppl discovering pvp everyday as well.

Ya PvP is fun still even for pub duels
-Physical resist and warlocks are BM: blood boil , abyss, chains all stupid op
And warlocks get like 10k effective life l.

Gotta communicate with people about how much -resist they have which has always been the case.
