The druid himself is useless

Tornado = physical dmg
Hurricane = cold dmg
Then theres fire ele

Only physical sunder is worth it. Cold sunder is pointless as hurricane really doesn't do much damage to begin with. But technically since you have cyclone armor having the cold sunder wouldn't hurt, it just wouldn't be that helpful.

I couldn't tell you if having cold sunder or if having another +1 elemental skills grand charm in that slot would help you squeeze out a few more points of damage, but if min maxing is important to you then technically a cold sunder would probably add more to your total DPS... Just not very much.

would be able to calculate how much +1 tornado and +1 hurricane would add versus cold sunder.

If you farming P1 then go full cold with doom/nightwing and cold sunder.

“Ele” is very vague…

Fire is the best pvm druid build.
It requires high APM and rotating through all your skills during delays. As a result, not everyone enjoys playing it, at least not at start.

If you don’t want to play with fire, then cold is your 2nd best option.
Yes, cold, not wind.
Windy is a pvp build, it sucks at pvm.
You’ll get much better results if you optimize your hurricane dmg, while tornado becomes your secondary skill to accelerate your kill speed by targeting elites while your AoE cold dmg melts regular mobs.
A cold build looks like this:
Doom -60
20/-20 cold monarch
Nightwing /w protector cold
Enigma
Arach
Trang
2/18fcr amy
Soj + 10fcr ring (could be opalvein cold)
Ele skillers
Fix your light/fire res with scs
Cold sunder
Infinity merc
