Mauler loses hp to my blood boil. Regens. Boil again. Rinse, repeat.

But yeah I mean still probably faster to just cast 22ish times, tp, hit malah, return and do it again and it should be 30 seconds or so. Its not like its a huge hurdle in any case, its just an unrewarding fight you should be skipping anyway

And as I said in a previous thread, if you really want, your demon alone can easily kill P8 tz96 baal without you lifting a finger. Faster than most builds can

The question is, why?

Statues lol

But bb isn’t great for uber ancs either, so I understand why you’re skipping that whole process.

right there, that is the definition of "annoying slow" :hail: (in the context of top builds)

Farming p8 baal is about the least efficient way to farm statues, and mostly can't be done on bnet without 7 loaders with which you have about 100 more rewarding options, so again not much practical reason to be doing it

None of them are farming p8 tz baal solo in the first place because its a waste of time

Something I've been really refining lately, and maybe one of the really key things about a build like this, is being able to manipulate the demon's location with death mark. Imagine being in a tight quarters spot when a t5 herald spawns with conc and another aura from a nearby elite, and being able to throw your demon in there while you stay in the next room over, and clean up as many mobs as you want before going in yourself. It's a level of control that other summon builds don't get to have, and makes this a really comfortable character to play.

Yeah using Spells and controlling the monsters and still have Magic Traps Felt like a Fun Unique Warlock. Having 2 X WarLocks to Play with is Definitely Fun.
All I Need is 2x Enigma and those 2x WarLocks will be Godly! B)

you can farm statues in Den of Evil if you want, up to you

we can choose a different single target benchmark, t5 p8 herald, it will be similar answer, urdar with cb and regen

they should add damage meter to this game, so we can compare who has bigger demon daaaaam!

Thanks for the answers!
I was actually wondering which setup clears rooms like Tombs and similar areas faster. It could make sense to skip Baal / big bosses if you end up getting more items per hour just by chaining runs and blowing up full rooms, instead of full-clearing everything like with ES.

So I’m also curious how they compare, do you actually get faster XP and better drops per hour with BB/Blood Boil versus ES?

My goal is this: maximize XP gain and item drops per hour. I don’t really care about killing bosses if it’s not optimal - only exception would be t5 heralds which should be included in the comparison

Do you think Blood Boil wins in this scenario?

e/ this is considering P8 TZ scenarios

I think it would be hard for ES to clear tombs as fast as BB, just by virtue of having to point the skill in a direction.
