Will Israel respect this ceasefire? Will Iran actually allow a free flow of ships through the Strait? And will the US give up on their ambitions of toppling the Mullah regime, or do they only use this as a tactical pause to think through and prepare the next steps? Sounds like Iran will have its Hormuz toll booth setup.

Some back of the napkin math. Prior to closure around 130 ships transited Hormuz daily. Lets say out of all of those 60 ships will get charged the toll price which during the conflict was 1-2 mm per.

60*7=420mm per week
420*52weeks=21,840

So even under this fairly conservative/low assumption they’d rake in over 20Bn a year.

If something like this is the outcome this would be pretty embarrassing for the US and catastrophic for gulf monarchies.

Iran isnt scared of Trump, they did not balk or flinch. he threatened and threatened with ultimatum after ultimatum and they said "ok, bring it then. we dont care"
here we are thirty plus days later, he said 'we're going to blow them back to the stone age' and 'we will destroy their civilization tonight' after having already claiming victory how many times? and again it was just empty threats ! the cheeto who cried wolf !
