Yea there’s a bug, just summon the tainted far away and consume immediately. Brother mentioned it in the guide, for real, it’s a good guide!

Bound demon, defiler, and consumed tainted is legitimately the only thing you should consider for your summons. For bosses, I can see summoning a goat instead of the defiler, but your tainted should always be consumed.


I am testing this right now (p8 tz only nothing else matters), because when you have 3 demons one more boil is popping seems big deal to me. And two goatman+conviction ogre, everyone with crushing blow and amplify mmm.

Goatmen charge like hell to melee range (that's what we need), so it's possible to stay in the back a bit. Defiler is always staying in the back unless you telestomp to mob face - he is not popping boil well.

The fire aura causes the issues.


I assume it's a bug. Luckily it cannot be horked xd

Blood boil doesn’t pop 1 more time for each demon, no matter the number of demons, it just pops once per cast as far as Im aware, more demons sort of just increases the radius sort of (if the demons are in different areas).

Use death mark to position them if you're not telestomping. It's insane how well it works, you can clear rooms you aren't even in with it. And as foldersunite said, more demons doesn't mean more boil damage to my knowledge

I think this is quite a key for p8 tz tombs/chaos, unless you stomp in mobs, defiler stays in the back not popping much.

Two goatmen if they charge in decent directions you can get a bigger radius smack. At the same time defiler (static) effect and increased hp from consumption and +fire -enemy fire is very nice of course.

There are so many combinations I have not found one top so far, testing more.

it's more damage in terms of bigger radius, which in tombs, chaos, high density = speed. I need to figure out some techniques for this, let say you stomp in mobs, you death mark some pack out of reach and then start popping, increasing area of effect.

I am also testing phoenix, baalos seems better but let see. There is no slot to put defender fire :( with Flickering and Phoenix, but minus enemy res is massive, hope it works properly xd

I will try to get that ogre with cursed and conviction vs heph :x quite hard.

Where do you see the benefit of this? Putting hard points into this, with soft skills you have him on 20+ anyway, and bloodboil is life percentage, he never dies anyway.

On big wide screen monitors, I found bit annoying to monitor demons hp in top left corner :x but it's basic rotation anyway, few boils and Engorge I guess.

this build is mambo jumbo, should you even go physical damage increase? xd I need dps meter to understand the damage profile of this sht.

You must have to constantly engorge using lister. Highly recommend getting a non super unique that can regen its health.


Not really if its a 8ppl game lister, he is the tankiest of all,
I can cast bloodboil non stop vs 8ppl hell baal and he was still alive with not visible hp, im guessing he has 500-800k hp

I even used him to solo colossal ancient his health mot even moving until i cast bloodboil, i didnt even need pride+might merc and his damage was just insane

I felt the same way as you, and goomshill turned me on to 20 hard points. It makes the demon hit a lot harder, which does a lot vs Baal/heralds.

As for the demons, no amount of goats/tainteds will offset the >50% damage increase you get from defilers against bound mobs. And if you're running that with a consumed tainted, you won't need to position goatmen or anything, because you'll kill much faster.

I haven't watched yet, but I'm looking forward to it. My point is only about blood boil damaging his health 5%. After 20 boils, he will be at 1 HP, regardless of how tanky he is. The urdars are tanky, but they regenerate their health.
