Why would we need to mow the grass? What does iran have to do with Israel besides some religious fanaticism about their mahadi coming when all jews die?
You of all people I'm sure are familiar with the concept. There will be no guarantees for Iran because you want to retain the optionality to degrade them at will. It's not just about nukes, it never was. Even if they had no nukes but the country started growing tremendously Israel would look to degrade out of fear.
