why can't you wearing insight+phoenix?

Cos it's mutually exclusive. U wear phoenix for mana reg and u wear I insight for the same reason. That way u also don't get to 125fcr unless u sacrifice every single item slot for fcr to make up for the loss of spirit.

it's mutually exclusive in ur mind. you also don't sacrifice every item slot. here, it's very easy:

insight, 2/20 tiara (no sacrifice), 2/20 ammy (no sacrifice), arach (no sacrifice), trang gloves (no sacrifice), 10% fcr ring (not sure if you consider this a sacrifice, but I guess you sacrifice a soj or BK). So where is the sacrifice?
also, you wear phoenix for big d dmg against P8 T5 heralds who have a lot of HP. Although the 400% ED is not necessary, but it is nice to kill them faster. Also, you redeeming them makes it so that the annoying horker barb wont follow u around. Also, the fire absorb and extra max resist is very nice from phoenix, and its redemption makes sure u are 100% topped off in mana and health all the time. Insight lets to teleport without loosing mana-- different function

It's 80 and 85 actually, broski, at least I don't need to search for hephasto every few days I suppose.

Why would you need to do that? My heyphatso never dies and I've never accidentally consumed him.

What about against mobs that you can't leech from? Insight is nice but I see those warlocks dying to particularly difficult mobs, cursed cows, heralds with powerful ranged attacks. Miss one ES when you can't afford to, and then that can be all over. Doesn't matter if your Hephasto has 300k life if you are a glass cannon with 4k.

if you’re concerned with dying “every few days” on a lock, your issue is a skill issue not gear

Obsession is simply way better than insight with phoenix. There is absolutely no reason for insight with phoenix. That's all.
