How do you justify the belief that god has always been?

I don't know how everything came to be, no one does.

Everything points to a creator and the only way a creator can exist is through an eternal means. So knowing everything didn't just poof into existence and everything is so perfectly designed we look to the only possible solution.

God.

Jesus preached this gospel and it is the only gospel that accounts for everything.

If you think everything is perfectly designed how do you explain cancer? If we were perfectly designed, wouldn't we not get cancer?

He doesn't owe you an explanation on behalf of the universe. Asserting there is a god without proof is an argument from ignorance.
A lack of explanation for something doesn't mean you can fill those gaps with whatever magic man you choose and not provide any proof.

Part of the brokenness that entered the world after the Fall of Man involving Adam and Eve. God created a world without death, suffering, or disease.

It's a good thing we have God's word to answer these questions.

No, god did not create a world without death, suffering, or disease. We have all of those things. Even if it were Adam eating the apple that started all of those things, it was still your god who created those things.

The other day I realized the bible doesn't deny the existence of other gods it just asks not to worship them. In fact it provides affirmations that they exist it even lists some of the gods like:

Baal: The Canaanite storm and fertility god, often depicted as a rival to Yahweh.
Ashtoreth (Astarte): The Canaanite goddess of fertility, consort of Baal.
Chemosh: The national god of Moab, whom Solomon built a temple to.
Dagon: The Philistine god, often associated with grain or fish.
Molech (Milcom): The god of the Ammonites, associated with child sacrifice.
Nebuchadnezzar's gods: Bel (Marduk) and Nebo, the Babylonian deities.
Rimmon: A Syrian god worshiped by the people of Damascus.
The Queen of Heaven: A goddess identified with Ishtar or Ashtoreth, worshiped in Judah.
Adrammelech, Anammelech, Ashima, Nibhaz, Tartak, Succoth-benoth Deities worshiped by the Samaritans and other Assyrian settlers.

Which means if you are a bible believer you must also believe other gods do exist just like jesus but it is haram for you to worship them.

Death, suffering, and disease exist.

Isn't your god responsible for everything?
