I just found a rare circlet off hell baal. And it has 105 durability? What does that mean?

That means it tried to spawn as a unique but there is no unique circlet so it spawned with 3x durability instead

why do failed unique not roll as set ? is it a thing from the formula going Unique ? Yes -> Is there a unique that can be rolled off this base ? No -> Ok then rare and triple dura, and "Set -> Yes/No" isnt even asked ? Set circlet exists so that makes me wonder.
as if once the quality roll is made it can not go back to what's in between Unique and Rare -> Set, and decides to just go rare without going back to quality roll ?
